Cambodian Food ....

Another well-known dish is prahok – a fermented Khmer fish paste – which is usually eaten with rice. The salty paste is employed to flavor most dishes, with coconut and lemongrass making regular cameos. It is strongly advised to taste the fried prahok, that’s usually blended with meat (usually beef or pork) and chilli. It is also eaten being a dip, accompanied by fresh green vegetables like cucumbers or eggplants, and rice. An advanced great believer in fermented food, you should give it a try. I am hungry now LOL

Amok is oftentimes served in a very hollowed-out coconut with rice on the side. This is somehow much like a Thai curried dish, but rather less spicy. Certainly, you won’t forget this delicious flavour. Most tourist said it is delicious and good.
