Cambodian Food ...

Does it look yummy? :)
It is AH MOK. In most cases made with chicken, fish, or shrimp, and many vegetables. Usually, fish is baked with coconut milk and lemongrass is engrossed in banana leaves. Amok is oftentimes served in a very hollowed-out coconut with rice on the side. This is somehow much like a Thai curried dish, but rather less spicy. Certainly, you won’t forget this delicious flavour. Most tourist said it is delicious and good.
